How to delete your Mobaide account

You have two ways to permanently remove your Mobaide account and all the data associated with it:

1. From the Mobaide app (Android or iOS)

1. Open the Mobaide app and sign in.
2. Open Settings.
3. Scroll to the Danger zone.
4. Tap Delete account, re-enter your password (or re-authenticate with Google or Apple), and confirm by typing your email.

2. From a web browser

1. Sign in to the Mobaide web app at https://app.mobaide.com.
2. Open the Account page.
3. Scroll to the Danger zone and choose Delete account.
4. Re-authenticate with your password, Google or Apple, and confirm by typing your email.

What gets deleted

• Your user profile (email, password hash, linked Google or Apple account).
• Every agent you own, and every active session running on those agents.
• Every device pairing, refresh token, and saved prompt template tied to your account.

14-day grace period

When you confirm deletion, your account is immediately signed out everywhere and scheduled for permanent removal in 14 days. Within that window you can restore your account by signing back in (either in the app or the web app) and choosing Cancel scheduled deletion, or by clicking the cancel link in the confirmation email.

After 14 days, the deletion is final and cannot be reversed.

Audit log

We retain a minimal deletion-audit record (timestamp, source, and the email as it was at request time) so we can answer compliance questions about deleted accounts. This record never contains your password, agents, or session data.
